NAS Enterprises is committed to manufacturing and exporting apparel including Cadura Jackets, Leather Wear, Gym Wears, Sports Wears, and Casual Wears — that consistently meets the quality, safety, and performance expectations of our buyers across international markets.

We recognize that our reputation as a reliable manufacturing partner depends on the quality of every garment that leaves our facility. This Quality Policy reflects our commitment to upholding that standard at every stage of production.

Our Commitment to:

  • Meeting or exceeding the quality specifications, standards, and expectations agreed upon with each buyer
  • Complying with applicable international quality standards and export regulations for the markets we serve
  • Continuously improving our manufacturing processes, materials sourcing, and workmanship
  • Delivering consistent quality across sample orders and bulk production runs alike
  • Ensuring on-time delivery without compromising on product quality
  • Listening to buyer feedback and using it to drive corrective action and continuous improvement.

Quality Control Process

  1. Raw Material Inspection — All fabrics, leather, trims, and accessories are inspected for quality, consistency, and durability before entering production.
  2. In-Process Quality Checks — Garments are inspected at each stage of production — cutting, stitching, and finishing — to catch and correct defects early rather than after completion.
  3. Pre-Final Inspection — Finished garments undergo inspection for stitching accuracy, fit, fabric integrity, colorfastness, and overall workmanship against approved samples and buyer specifications.
  4. Final Random Inspection (Pre-Shipment) — Before shipment, a random sample of finished goods is inspected to verify compliance with order specifications, packing standards, and labeling requirements.
  5. Packing & Documentation Review — Packing lists, labeling, and export documentation are reviewed for accuracy to ensure smooth customs clearance and buyer receipt.

Standards We Uphold

  • Consistent sizing and fit across production batches
  • Strong, even stitching with reinforced stress points
  • Quality-tested zippers, buttons, and fastenings
  • Fabric and leather free from defects, discoloration, or inconsistency
  • Compliance with buyer-specified material and safety requirements
  • Accurate labeling, packing, and shipment documentation

Continuous Improvement

Quality at NAS Enterprises is not a one-time checkpoint — it is an ongoing process. We regularly review production feedback, buyer complaints, and inspection data to identify areas for improvement, retrain staff where needed, and refine our processes to reduce defects and increase consistency.

Our Promise to Buyers

Every order placed with NAS Enterprises is treated with the same commitment to quality. We stand behind the garments we manufacture and are dedicated to being a manufacturing partner our buyers can trust, order after order.
